PE105 is a large apartment on the third floor of historic palazzo within which Arcitalia will create four large apartments - one on each
of the upper floors. The palazzo has a magnificent central staircase which carries light into the centre of the building.  The building is located
in an arcaded street in the centro storico of Pieve di Teco. Pieve is a small market town with a very strong sense of community,
and many small bars and restaurants.  The town is currently the focus of both public and private investment with the result
that many of its 17th and 18thc. palazzi are being renovated and there is public investment in urban design and initiatives
