PE104 occupies the second floor of an historic palazzo in Pieve di Teco. There is a project for large living room or 'sala'  with a 5.5 metre high vaulted ceiling with two large windows overlooking the arcaded main street of Pieve. There are also two/three large bedrooms, a kitchen, dining area, two bathrooms, balcony, an an option for an open loggia. In addition, a 3-4 metre deep mezzanine can be built over one end of the living room. All the rooms are vaulted.
