PE104 occupies the second floor or piano nobile of an historic Palazzo del Marchese in Pieve di Teco. There is a plan for large living room or 'sala'  of roughly 45 sq. m. with a 5.5 metre high vaulted ceiling and two large windows overlooking the arcaded main street of Pieve. There are also three large bedrooms, a kitchen, dining area, two bathrooms, and balcony. A four metre deep mezzanine can be built over one end of the living room. All the rooms are vaulted. The area of the apartment is roughly 220 metres.  The roof of the palazzo has already been rebuilt and the facades re-plastered and painted. The entire palazzo is being renovated to a high standard under Arcitalia's supervision.  The town is currently the focus of both public and private investment with the result that many of its 17th and 18thc. palazzi are being renovated and there is public investment in urban design and initiatives to promote Pieve as a centre for the theatre  map     link to arcitalia              see finished projects
