Costiolo is a charming country house for one or two people to rent at any time of the year. Roughly twelve kilometres from Imperia and the sea and five minutes from Dolcedo, the house is in a small hamlet in a tranquil area dominated by olive groves.  While relatively close to the sea, the house is also well located in terms of walking, mountain biking, and exploring the local hill villages and countryside.  There are numerous local restaurants, trattorie, and bars, and the local towns and villages host a number of feste and musical events. The house has a large double bedroom with satellite TV, a bathroom with washing machine, kitchen/dining room, a garden, and outdoor eating area. There is a separate access via the garden and nearby private parking. The rent is euro 300-440 per week depending on the season. An extra charge is made for cleaning (euro 40) and additional charges may apply for central heating in winter. A ten per cent reduction in charges is available to clients who have purchased or renovated property with Belpalazzo or Arcitalia.
